Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a Machine Operator to interview IMMEDIATELY!

The Lead Production Operator is responsible for the efficient execution of scheduled production orders. The individual must maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. They will also be responsible filling out the production quality paperwork in addition, it is expected that this individual will have the ability to not only identify improvement opportunities, but the drive to implement them as well. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, be eager to learn and possess the ability o effectively lead a small team of operators.

The following is a list of the responsibilities for the Lead Production Operator. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Daily start-up and shutdown of production line
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Stage upcoming production orders
• Verify materials to be used in production match requirements in the Bill of Materials
• Documenting daily production performance and issues
• Maintain continual production of the machines to maximize daily output
• Individual must be willing and able to lift items in excess of 35lbs
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required
• Direct efforts of production team to meet the targets
