Phlebotomist II - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently looking for a full-time Phlebotomist to fill a role in a Doctor's office in Johnson City, TN.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the area supervisor, candidate will perform daily activities of the multi-physician general practice Phlebotomy accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment.

Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures:

• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
• 6 months of Phlebotomy experience - Pediatric and Geriatric capillary and venipuncture required.

Qualifications:

Will be evaluated on sticking skills, attendance, attitude, processing times.

Needs at least 6 months' experience outside of school.

This is a Temp position for 2 - 4 months.

Hours are: M, T, TH, F - working 8:15am-5:00pm

Wednesday working 8:15am-1:00pm

Pay rate: $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
