Individual will oversee the daily activities of the production department.
Coordinate and schedule the work of various sections, sanitation department, and or organization, for the most effective utilization of employees, equipment, and material within budgetary, cost and quality standards. Maintains discipline of employees under their supervision in accordance with established rules and regulations.
Supervise the staff. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; motivating, planning, assigning and directing work.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
