About this job

Our Community Outreach Coordinator position is critical to the success of our business.  The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for getting the Liberty Tax Service brand out into the local communities of our three office locations in Dayton and Springfield, Ohio.  The Community Outreach Coordinator spreads the good word about Liberty Tax and the great customer service that we offer.  

The Marketing Manager is responsible for manager the following activities:

- Business-to-business, Person-to-Person, and Couponing guerilla marketing efforts

- Roadside and Office promotional parties

- Setting up Tax Seminars in the local community for our Tax Managers to offer

- Promoting our Liberty Tax School

This job requires excellent people skills and the ability to confidentally represent Liberty Tax in the public.  It also requires you to be able to successfully work independently of supervision and requires dependable transportation.  Offices and franchise territories are located in Dayton and Springfield, Ohio.  Significant driving and walking is part of this job January-February.

Requirements

The work hours of this position varies.  

January - Febuary is very busy with business-to-business, person-to-person and coupon marketing.  The work during this time of year is full-time, 6 days a week.

March- April: This time of year is part time, approximately 5-20 hours of work per week, some weeks no work. 

May-June: No work.

July-August is part time.  These times of year is mostly for scheduling Tax Seminars.  Some weeks, approximately 5-10 hours of work. Most weeks no work.

September-December is part time.  This time of year is for promoting out Tax School.  Some weeks, approximately 5-15 hours of work per week.  Most weeks no work.
