Preston House Alzheimer's Assisted Living is located in Charlotte. We are a small and intimate special care facility in search of a talented and experienced cook to be a part of our dietary team.
The dietary cook is responsible for preparation and serving meals according to facility menus and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience and knowledge of special diets such as no added salt, diabetic, puree and mechanical soft.
This position is also accountable for the sanitation of all kitchen areas, accurate record keeping and adhering to regulatory compliance and health standards.
Experience as a dietary cook in the healthcare industry is preferred. This position requires the candidate to be Serv-safe certified.
