About this job
Basic Function: Keeps premises of office building, or other commercial, medical/healthcare space or institutional building in clean and orderly condition as specified in statement of work.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, emptying and cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
- Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture.
- Dust furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Insure that equipment used in the performance of all duties maintained in a clean, operable condition.
- Insure that they are stocked with chemicals and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Perform other similar and related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
