ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Implement Learn to Bike curriculum
  • Safely set up designated instruction area
  • Load and un-load bicycles for guests
  • Perform pre-safety check on bikes and fix various bike problems that should arise
  • Fit and assist guests with the proper size bicycle as well as make fit adjustments to accommodate individual clientele
  • Resolve any problems with itineraries, service, or accommodations
  • Address student or parental concerns and be able to communicate clearly
  • Manage class schedule and ensure proper staffing and attendance
  • Responsible for organizing and ensuring all participants fill out liability waiver prior

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience required
  • First Aid Certified- preferred
  • CPR Certified- preferred
  • Basic bike mechanic skill – preferred
