Part Time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant:

Logistics:

  • Part-Time, Monday- Friday
  • 5:00P- 9:00P (20 hours weekly)
  • $12.00/ hour
  • Contract position through July

Job Description:

Local recruiting and business services firm seeking a front desk/ administrative office assistant. This will be a part time position, 16 hours a week - can work Wednesday and Friday 8 hours OR Thursday and Friday for 8 hours.

Job Duties:

  • Basic duties will include scheduling, checking in guests and assisting with employee contractor relations.
  • Handle all incoming calls and will direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required, job will be heavy in excel duties.

Environment:

Professional office environment will need to be presentable in front of clients and potential candidates. Professionalism on the phones is absolutely required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a couple months of working in an office environment
  • Need to be able to very proficiently operate a computer working with programs like Microsoft Office
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Preferred
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
