Dietitian

The client is a respectable healthcare provider located in NYC. Client is looking for a registered dietition. Candidate must have the following qualifications.

-Registered with the State of NYC.
-B.A. in Food and Nutrition
-Registered dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionists Credential
-Experience with Gerimenu
-2 plus years of experience working with the geriatric community.

TASKS
-Conduct case planning and follow up of patients up to 100.
-Conduct touch points on an as needed bases with the patients.
-Check and update medical records pertaining to the patients nutrition.
-Record eating habits for the patients.
-Conduct assessments based on the medical records of the patients.
-Calculates and/or adjust diets as needed.
-Creates nutrition plans using Gerimenu
