Standards of Excellence” are in place to access higher pay. These requirements include:

  • A willingness to work at least 30 hours per week *ongoing* and commit to at least one of 3 availability options – (Open – 2pm, 10-7pm or 2pm-Close)
  • Saturday availability (of course you can still request it off as needed!)
  • Must read the book “2 Second Lean” and be willing to apply LEAN principles and help create a culture of continuous improvement at our store
  • No more than 3 tardies or absences in the first 90 days
  • Must be Current on eTrain assignments
  • Upon commitment of these requirements, Chick-fil-A compensation begins at $14/hour (under 18 will start at $11.15) and part-time over 18 employees who cannot commit to these requirements will begin at $12/hour
