Tick Data seeks a product Support and Client Services Specialist to manage client relationships and support.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound Support phone calls and emails from clients worldwide.
- Research and solve Support issues, and if necessary, escalate to Engineering or Market Data Groups for assistance in complex Support cases.
- Own client communications from initial inquiry through resolution.
- Direct inbound sales inquiries to proper sales channels.
- Manage product subscription renewals and payments.
- Generate reports on sales and support issues to senior management
Being the primary contact between the company and its clients, the person filling this role is vital to the firm's success.
- A candidate must be very personable and highly-organized, having strong communication, computer, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
- MS Excel proficiency and 3-5 years of technical/client support experience are required; interest in the financial markets is a plus.
- The person filling this position will have opportunities to expand their role in the firm based on their interests, drive, and abilities.
The position is located in our Great Falls, VA office, approximately 10 miles from Washington, DC.
