Warehouse/forklift driver

Description:As a Warehouse Associate for our busy client you will perform a variety of duties including assisting with proper handling, storage, and loading of inventory on to delivery trucks. Shift is scheduled to work every other Sunday plus Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - finish. Every other week you have a 3 day weekend! Overtime is available frequently. Essential duties include:Reading customer orders from computer printed route sheet to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or shippedFilling stock request items and delivering to shipping or to designated storage or picking areasMove palletized merchandise using manual or electric pallet jacks and lift trucksLoading trucks using manual or electric pallet jacksEnsuring warehouse is accessible and safeObserve all operational safety procedures, including safety inspectionsComply with powered industrial life vehicle standard operating proceduresRequires work with others in a group or teamRequirements:High School diploma or GED or relative work experienceWarehouse and or order picker experience a plus but not requiredRequires lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.Requires ability to repeatedly bend, reach, walk, twist while handling product weighing up to 50 lbs. multiple times during a shift
