1st Shift Referb Returns

Express Employment is working with a Johnson County distribution center to hire 1st shift employees to work in their returns department refurbishing product.

Returns Associates can work in a variety of roles to process returned merchandise. Job duties include, but are not limited to, scanning products, pinching/grasping small items, basic computer work, quality control, and fast paced machine operation. Must be able to lift 35lbs on a repetitive basis, stand, bend, and twist 8 hours, and maintain a fast pace while meeting production standards. Must also be able to read and write, interpret documents and perform basic math functions.

The ideal candidate will have a clean criminal background and be drug-free (must pass hair follicle drug screen before hire). Previous warehouse experience welcome but not required!

This 1st shift position pays $10.25/hour and there is potential to be hired by the company. Hours are Tuesday - Friday 5am-3:30pm.  Overtime is not usual but would be worked on Fridays if required. Upon hire, the company offers a $1 per hour pay increase, hourly production bonus available in some departments, monthly safety bonus, healthcare benefits and paid vacation!
