Entry: Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary:

The entry housekeeper is responsible for cleaning windows, doors, walls closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways.  The position also washes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets, mirrors, sinks and walls in order to maintain sanitary, tidy guest rooms. They will wash all hardwood flor areas by hand to remove all dirt and soiled areas, dust and polish furniture, fixtures and wall hangings.  The housekeeper strips beds of all linens and remakes with fresh bedding, checking bedspreads, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness and replacing if soiled.  Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, Replaces towels, soaps and all room amenities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean assigned units in accordance with department standards.
• Ensure all areas are secure when leaving
• Report maintenance problems. Damages or missing inventory to office.

Requirements:

• Assist in establishment of quality cleaning standards
• Attend company and department training programs as required
• Clear DMV record as driving will be required.
