Intermediate Maintenance Technician Keystone Property Management Keystone, CO

Support Keystone Resort's internal departments as well as managed HOA's ,including its condo owners, with key &/or door lock work requests.  Fast paced, heavy work load, friendly & personable small personal department which is generally considered 'back of the house'.  Generate & manage electronic card key & brass key systems as well as repair & maintenance electronic & brass lock sets. 

Minimum requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Familiar with Microsoft operating systems
• Have Locksmith experience
• Ability to work holidays & weekends
