The Banquet Server Assistant position is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in Event Operations. Looking for enthusiastic, energetic and service-oriented individuals to assist with events at the busy Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square and Lancaster County Convention Center. No previous experience required - just bring your smile and desire to serve. Must be able to work on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift at least to 35 lbs.
