About this job
A private real estate lending company in Washington, D.C. is looking for a marketing intern to work part-time up to 35 hours a week. The intern would be in charge of all company social media networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The intern will also assist in the creation of email campaigns and online promotion. The intern will perform analysis of marketing and sales data, assist the CEO with LinkedIn connections and marketing opportunities, and research potential sales opportunities. The intern should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web, Microsoft Suite, and social media. We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in real estate finance.
