On Call Dishwasher

This position is responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, cookware, and glassware; all kitchen area cleaning, pot and pan washing areas and dishwasher area.

Primary Responsibilities: 

1.     Cleans and stores all glassware, china and table utensils using proper procedures to ensure best results.

2.     Cleans cookware and presentation pieces for use by kitchen associates.

3.     Maintains cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards. Follows "clean as you go" standards. Keeps dishwashing area clean at all times.

4.     Ensures that dish water is changed when needed, but no less than every two hours.

5.     Assists in any utility station and/or kitchen station as needed.

6.     Makes sure the floors are kept swept and dry at all times; uses "wet floor" warning signs.

7.     Stores glasses in proper glass rack; organizes glasses in glass alley.

8.     Breaks down trays, sets up dish machine, washes dish ware, and sorts and stores all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
