Home Instead Senior Care, is the world's trusted source of non-medical care for seniors in their homes to meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. .  We are a part of a network of more than 1,000 offices across 18 different countries.  Our San Francisco, CA. office, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Scheduling Supervisor, (After Hours & Weekends).  Prior staffing/scheduling experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry preferred.

 Scheduling Supervisor (After Hours & Weekends) is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to Staffing of CAREGivers. The candidate will continuously evaluate the plan of care through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality of clients and supervise nightly/weekends scheduling of CAREGivers.
  • Answer calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
  • Determine ideal staffing match, manage clients and caregivers schedules and ensure compliance with time reporting system
  • Primary point of contact to reschedule shift vacancies
  • Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation of caregivers and client activities
  • Conduct new client inquires in a knowledgeable manner and maintain calendar for consistent follow-up with potential clients and families
  • Must be available after business hours for clients and caregivers scheduling adjustments
