The Opportunity

The Housekeeping Room Attendant provides for the comfort of guests in our hotel by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented according to standards and guidelines.

Position Details

Must be available for Holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
  • Organize and stock cleaning cart
  • Organize and stock linen carts to assigned floors.
  • Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
  • Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of various cleaning tools, vacuum cleaners, etc.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
  • Ability to follow direction and instructions
  • Basic math skills
