About this job

Our client in the Beaverton, OR area is looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join their team! This position supports various retail lines of credit in a small call center setting.

Job duties:

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Identify account holder and verify account information
  • Assist customers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas, for example: lost or stolen cards, disputes, account inquiries, and payments

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to be seated for 8-10 hours a day
  • Experience with a dialer system preferred
