The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. Responsibilites: - Perform a variety of cleaning activites such as sweeping, mopping,dusting, and polishing. even outdoor work around the property during slow season. - Ensure all rooms are cared for and insepected according to standards. - Notify superiors of any damages,deficits and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Never back talk to our guests or show your attitude towards them always come to your superiors and report to them of any incidents.
