Entry Level Assistant Manager in Training- Retail

Due to our enormous success in 2016, we are excited to undertake new territory in our Retail division!!

We are directly outsourced by the world’s most recognized brand, Verizon and represent them in their retail outfits as well as a variety of Big Box Stores.

In order to facilitate this expansion, we are looking to train 3 Entry Level Retail Managers from the ground up!!

The 90 Training will culminate in the Entry Level Retail Manager overseeing day to day operations of 3-5 Retail locations.

Candidate will be trained on all the following skills:

-Customer Service

-Product Knowledge

-Sales

-Public Speaking

-Training

-Interviewing

-HR

-Finances/Cash Flow

-Client Interaction

And More

 

Candidate will be required to travel (25%) domestically and take 1-2 international trips annually.

Requirements:

-AA or equivalent

-Clean Background/Drug Screening

-Positive Attitude

-Exceptional Student Mentality

-Competitive Nature

-Full Time Availability

-THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE. (0-5 years experience, however we are willing to train the right candidate if they are willing to start at the entry level role)
