Job Description:
Healthcare Supervisor Profile, Roles and Responsibilities
Objectives:
Conduct accurate inventories through positive interaction with client representatives.
Roles Of a Healthcare Supervisor:
Conducts healthcare product inventories in on-, off-site storage facilities and medical centers.
o Complete all Pharmaceutical counts including:
§ Eli Lilly
§ Merck
§ Novo
§
Boston Scientific
§ Shire
§ Oscient
o Complete and participate in Medical Device counts including:
§ Biomet
§ DePuy
§ Tornier
Delivers professionally done, accurate inventories in sensitive environments.
Receives and answers questions from the client reps in a professional and effective manner.
Completes Sales Rep Scheduling as needed.
Special Duties and Demands:
Assures that medical clients receive efficient and courteous service during all types of events.
Acts as an extension of our clients to our clients while conducting site visits.
Maintains proper appearance, grooming and decorum at all times.
Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness as situations dictate.
Arrives at every event promptly and ready to work.
Possesses strong communication skills during all phases of the event.
Delivers sound customer service practices.
Must be able to work effectively in a sensitive environment (Medical Centers).
Skills, Education & Experience required:
High School Diploma.
Be able to successfully operate and troubleshoot RGIS Field Equipment
Character Skills....
Being punctual, responsible and diligent
Projects a professional image.
Possess professional maturity, respect for authority, understands confidences and confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
10 Panel Drug Tested
Background Check
Government Screen
Learning Center Certifications up to date
Ability to operate RGIS equipment
