Embedded Software Engineer

Very exciting Software Engineering opportunity. Aerotek has an immediate need for a Embedded Software Engineer/Developer in San Diego. Please review the listed the qualifications below.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop embedded control system software.

Generates software requirements, design documents, interface control documents and unit test plans.

Works with complex hardware interfaces in a real-time environment.

Writes software requirements, detailed design documents, develops and performs unit testing of real-time embedded or application software.

Requirements:

*Must be eligible to obtain a United States Security Clearance

Experience with embedded software development
2-10 years of experience with C or C++ programming

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering strongly preferred, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience with Software Development, and ability to work in a de-structured software development environment.
