About this job
Front office person for functional/metabolic medicine clinic. Duties include filing, phones, medical records, check in, chart prep, check out, scheduling, etc. Our office sees integrative, hormone, weight loss, urgent care and IV therapy patients. We do not file any insurance so no billing or coding needed. Must have excellent people skills and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task! Medical assistant a plus, but not necessary. Hours are M, T, Th, F; 8 am - 5 pm and Wed 7-5 pm. Paid holidays and paid time off. Reply with the words "optimal health" in the body of your reply.
