Qualifications
Job Summary :
Oversees all Front of House Operations to include, concierge, front desk, bell staff, valet, communications, ski valet and night audit; ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Serves as the property Manager on Duty and as MOD will oversee entire operation to include, front office, housekeeping, spa and food and beverage. Responsible for guest relations, problem resolution, guest and employee engagement. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.
2-3 years of experience as a department head or director role at a luxury property.
