Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Perform maintenance duties including electrical, mechanical, construction, and repair of production machinery and facility.

Responsibilities:
* Day to day Maintenance of production and facilities equipment: CNC multi-axis, ovens, heaters, etc, respond to , breakdowns, and Production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Diagnoses equipment failures, finds root cause and communicates actions taken to the rest of the Maintenance / Manufacturing team.
* Journeyman on all machines in assigned area and be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting/repair, cleanliness and escalations.
* Takes initiative to improve PM documents and schedules, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Leads.
* Uses manufacturing systems effectively (AMMS, Spares Inventory, Breakdown and work order system)

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years maintenance experience on CNC multi-axis machines.

Hydraulics, pneumatic, pumps, gear boxes, electrical, 480v experience.
