What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Must be 18-years-of-age or older
  • Amazing customer service and insights
  • Ability to accept inbound calls and apply empathetic customer service support
  • Listen for sales cues to provide recommendations and convert calls into additional product and service upgrades
  • Typing 30 wpm
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of PC-based internet
  • Experience in a customer support environment is preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurants, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent
As an Inbound Sales / Telesales / Customer Service Representative supporting a premier telecommunications and mobile service provider, you will:
  • Handle and respond to constant inbound phone calls via telephone and occasional email inquiries
  • Up-sell products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals
  • Demonstrate the ability to create, add, edit and troubleshoot within the client system
