The Opportunity

The Guest Relations Representative, also known as The Service Express® Agent, will promptly answer phone calls, politely greet callers with a positive, clear voice and provide superior service to all guest requests and issues received with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner. The Service Express® Agent is the back-of-the-house concierge. The Agent will remain calm and composed during emergency situations or heavy hotel activity; resolve situations and complaints using previous experience and good judgment.

Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Math skills needed to complete accurate calculations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Be detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to sit and continuously perform essential job functions in confined spaces in close proximity to other associates.
  • Experience in a hotel/lodging environent preferred.
  • Expreience in a call-center setting is helpful.
