The Sheraton Desert Oasis located in Scottsdale, AZ is currently seeking multiple full-time Guest Services Agents!
Responsibilities include:
- Creating the ideal first impression in welcoming guests upon arrival - and wishing them well upon departure.
- The Guest Services Agent also plays a key role in promoting the Starwood Preferred Guest Program, while providing recognition and benefits to all current members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are key components for this role.
- This position is an information source for those calling into the hotel.
- Knowledge of the property's amenities, hotel layout, and area attractions will be necessary for this person's success.
- Individuals must also have the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hands-on customer service exposure, specifically within a high guest contact environment (hotel, resort, or country club preferred) necessary.
