MENTOR Oregon supports adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and other complex needs in a variety of community-based programs throughout the state. Through a range of individualized programs including Residential Services, Supported Living, Vocational Services and Foster Care for children with medical and behavioral support needs, MENTOR Oregon strives to help individuals of all abilities live life to the fullest in the communities they call home. Support Professionals (DSPs) have to say about their job. We seek Caregivers
to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a
community-based setting. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal
preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. Our
Caregivers may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying
individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or
other activities. DSPs partner with
clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans. Our Direct Support Professionals are

We are currently looking for Full Time, Part Time, and On-Call Direct Care staff (caregivers) to work in one of our residential homes. These homes provide a housing for our clients experiencing disabilities. We have various shifts available including days, evenings, overnight, weekends.
Our Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) provide assistance to our clients by assisting them with everyday tasks like meal preparation, transportation to and from community activities and appointments and administration of medicine.
