Warehouse Clerk - Vail Resorts Distribution Center

Responsible for all aspects of merchandise handling on the receiving dock within a Level III Distribution Center for delivery to stores.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments into the building (physically & electronically) on the receiving dock with the use of an RF scanner and   computer
• Operate a fork lift and pallet jack
• Receives merchandise and processes merchandise according to standards
• Demonstrate accountability for all merchandise via a delivery log system.
• Adhere to all appropriate loss prevention measures to protect against damage or loss
•  Ability to run the department in the absence of the Department Lead

 Occasional Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately places correct price tags (SKU tag) on the correct merchandise
• Picks orders and prepares shipments to be sent to stores
• Restocks warehouse inventory by accurately scanning into specidic locations using an RF scanner

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 1 year related work experience / receiving background - required
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn
• English fluency
• AS-400 experience - preferred 

• Fork lift experience - preferred 

•  Any previous tagging/picking/processing work history - preferred 

• RF handheld scanning experience - preferred
