Part-Time Telephone Interviewer

Our Client is looking for energetic and persuasive candidates that are currently or have previously worked remotely to take on their part-time phone interviewer project. Phone Interviewers will be working remotely using their home office or extra room, existing hard-wired, secured internet, and existing land-line to conduct outbound interviews on nights and weekends. Phone Interviews will be script based and last 15 minutes in length. Project will run from April 19th-June 2nd.

Create your own schedule within project hours, one weekend shift per week required.

Hours are:

• Monday through Friday 6-9pm or 9pm-midnight
• Saturday 10am-6pm*
• Sunday 2pm-10pm*

*One of these shifts must be worked per week

Phone interviewers are to expect on average 24 hours per week and at times could receive up to 40, hours may fluctuate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews for multiple research studies following a scripted questionnaire verbatim while using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) applications to gather and record responses
• Collect accurate, consistent and reliable data
• Record and code data collected
• Assist with locating and refusal conversion
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as mail preparation, faxing, filing, etc.
• Part-time work - expectation is 20-24 hours at a minimum
• Candidates must attend all training to work on any project
