Job Description

The Kimball Condominiums is a downtown Salt Lake City hotel. We are looking for a front desk clerk to fill the available part-3/4-time position (3-5 days a week, 32-40 hrs). Opportunity for possible full-time position as well. The Front Desk is the first line of communication and appearance of our building. Working with the management company to improve guest interaction and service is key to building a long term staff that our owners love and rely on. We want you to be apart of our team!

Responsibilities

As the front desk clerk you are responsible for meeting guests needs, completing daily tasks and assignments. We strive to provide excellent customer service Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting Guests (check-in check-out etc.) Answering Phones Answering Emails Making Reservations Completing daily tasks/projects

Qualifications

We require applicants to have a High School Diploma/GED and we prefer at least 1-2 years customer service or hotel experience.
