Rental Processing Associate - Vail Resorts Distribution Center

Responsible for inventory control of rental gear to include snow sports and bicycle units. Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible. Ensures incoming and outgoing quantities are correct.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Receive all rental gear from stores at end of season – snow sports and bikes
•  Redistribute rental gear per distribution reports
• Pick junior trade snow sports equipment weekly when in-season and ship to stores
• Pick, pack and ship SOS snow gear annually
•  Prepare resale inventory for 3rd purchase
•  Cycle count inventory per schedule
• Meet redistribution deadlines

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months related work experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in Excel
• 10-key entry by feel preferred
• Data entry experience preferred
• English fluency both written and verbal
• Previous tagging/picking/processing work history, RF handheld scanning experience, warehouse shipping/receiving background preferred
• Able to lift 51 – 75 lbs
