Our Check-in Agents:

•Are responsible for data entry, keys in guest information using multiple cruise line software which you are trained on

•Manage customer service requests while ensuring a high degree of professionalism and high quality of customer service at each guest interaction

•Are customer focused with good attention to detail

•Verify passports and visas information

•Must be energetic and proactive
