Training Director - Full-time

The Director of Training has responsibility overseeing all aspects of employee training from initial onboarding through full position certification to include periodic recertification.  This position also has responsibility for ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, and customer relations through use of the daily electronic restaurant quality assessments to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.  The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must.
