About this job
To efficiently perform the duties of the House person in accordance with policies and procedures established by the hotel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take clean linen to floors and fill the maids' carts with clean linen.
- Return soiled linen to laundry. Collect soiled cups/glasses and take them to the dishwasher area. Return clean glasses/cups to maid's closet.
- Help room attendants with heavy lifting, turning mattresses and moving heavy furniture.
- Clean windows and mirrors in your section.
- Vacuum hallways in your section.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of grooming and Standards of Conduct.
- Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor and assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
- Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the Crowne Plaza Reading Hotel Guest Satisfaction System. Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
