POSITION SUMMARY:

Part Time Hours are 4PM-8PM Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Position would include out bound and inbound calls to set sales leads, confirming sales calls, and entering sales leads into the system as they come in.

? Receives sales calls from existing customers and potential customers and provides product information, pricing and product availability.
  • Accurately processes sales orders from incoming calls as well as orders generated from outside sales representatives.
  • Receives/creates sales leads and referrals, provides customer assistance and refers calls to appropriate outside sales representative.
  • Communicates customer requirements and requests support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Prepares sales reports, updates lead database and performs administrative support within the office.
  • Schedules installations, oversees ordering of equipment and materials for the job and provides general installation instruction.
  • Reschedules cancelled installation appointments.

    Job Requirements

    MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience within the technical service industry required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Knowledge of Company services and good communications skills are required. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. This job requires the ability to use a calculator, create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.
