McAlister's Deli is currently hiring hourly team members who are willing to work in a fast-paced and fun environment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in a team environment. If you have warm personality and love to serve others, then you will enjoy being part of our team! We are hiring for the following positions: 

FOH Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Providing Genuine McAlister's Hospitality to our Guests
• Cashier
• Cleaning Duties
• Preparing catering orders for pickup

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• FOH Position Specific Skills and Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to meet guests needs in a fast paced environment
• Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for hourly positions

A fun, flexible, work environment with some shifts being as short as 3 hours to accommodate different schedules!
