Cashiers who can Wow and Packers who can put all the love in....We need stars!

We need some motivated, excited, alive people to help us out. Right here is an ad where we need cashiers and packers. If you have the 3, or more, qualities just mentioned you will be moving on up very quickly! We like to take the great team members and cross train them for as many positions as they like. We have a video based learning system that used with some written material and, of course, OJT. This industry (QSR, Fast Food, whatever you like) cannot get enough good, quality leaders and you can be a GM within a year.  Now, that's an aggressibe example but not by much.

We will train you and we will cross train you. You learn to be part of, and then lead, a team of folks and I promise you the world will beat down your door. Don't misunderstand, you have to be exceptionsl and deliver. The kinds of folks I am taling about always do!

Cashier/Packer Summary

Our cashier/packer positions are responsible for preparing, packaging and delivering our great food to customers and are a critical link to the success of the company, in fact they are essential.  Being a cashier/packer means exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for customers and fellow employees, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to learn in a fast paced environment. The ability to maintain cash variances at acceptable levels. Project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents quality products at all times. 
• Maintains a neat and clean work area.
• Maintains adequately stocked workstations.
• Meets reasonable expectations as established by the Operations Manual.
• Attends special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager.

Job responsibilities of this role may involve exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Positions may also need to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 25 pounds.

We will work around school schedules.
