About this job
Job Duties and Responsiblities:
- Prepare joist and deck material takeoff from construction drawings.
- Communication with customers, DSM, and engineers.
- General maintenance of bid list.
- Knowledge of excel, word, blue beam, ftp sites, etc.
- Communicate and interact with other internal departments
Required:
- Ability to read construction documents, specs, addendums, etc.
- Strong math skills.
- Experience with standard office equipment.
- Must have good organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior estimating experience.
- Understanding of construction documents.
