Call Center Associate Responsibilities

Overall duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain excellent customer communication and customer management skills.
    Handle incoming calls, provide world class customer service and follow through the entire customer process from start to finish.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure that customers are provided with an experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Work efficiently both individually and as a team member to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Schedule appointments for customers, collect customer data (including email addresses) and otherwise liaison with customers as needed to make it easy for them to do business with us.

Desired Experience

Requirements:  high school diploma or its equivalency; auto repair and customer service skills; knowledge of the automotive industry; a professional personal appearance; oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Preferred 1 year of experience in a Call Center or an Automotive environment.
