Our fast paced  Starbucks is seeking a positive, energetic, and outgoing addition to our team.  This position initiates the guests’ experience and influences the overall perception of the hotel by the guests. We provide our guests with prompt service, quality beverages and warm hospitality, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Must perform in accordance with both the Seelbach Hilton and Starbucks guidelines.

You are meticulous. And working with figures and handling cash is a snap. You also appreciate the importance of accuracy and the value of your role, because an incorrect check can blemish an otherwise perfect evening. Fundamentals

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, maintaining proper brew times for coffees and assisting with promotional rollouts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
• Provide quality beverages, adhering to the drink recipes as described by Starbucks.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for Health Department and independent audits.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

A high school education or equivalent, with one to two years’ cash handling experience is required. This position requires effective written and verbal English communication skills. The ability to answer phones and respond to guest situations is expected. This position requires continuous standing throughout the shift.
