REV is seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for our brand. We are Vermont's premier indoor cycling and fitness studio and we need organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
* Provide high level customer service and hospitality to all clients/guests 
* Assist in REV daily studio tasks and projects 

* Conduct sales transactions/merchant services 
* Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative 
* Provide support to the REV instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
* Maintain knowledge of REV's operations and policies and be able to communicate that knowledge to clients/guests 

* Maintain the distinct REV aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture

Qualifications:
* Must have a desire to work in customer service 

* Must possess a passion for health and fitness and be familiar with the REV brand
* Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment 
* Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
* Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
