Premier Staff Services has a client in Charlotte, MI that is seeking a qualified Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing integrated, strategically focused marketing plans to drive demand to support the organizations goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maximize the conversion of site visitors to qualified leads by driving prospective clients to the website and contact centers through a combination of online and offline marketing events and programs
  • Work closely with sales management, product/engineering management, and the sales teams to drive results that equal the market potential through the expansion of existing and new customers
  • Partner with the sales team to enhance their success through recommending and developing tools such as email campaigns, white papers, collateral, presentation materials, webinars and company/industry profiles
  • Support, as needed, corporate-sponsored activities, such as customer conferences, annual kickoffs, tradeshows, and other ad-hoc activities by serving as segment or regional contact; providing project management and other support
  • Lead demand generation planning efforts for your respective segment, including helping to develop the overall strategy, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, managing the budget and measuring overall results against plans
  • Achieve marketing qualified lead and pipeline targets by planning and executing marketing programs including email campaigns, webinars, trade-shows, social media programs, video production, digital display advertising and marketing with third parties
  • Collaborate with content marketing to optimize email copy, web landing pages, and other program-related collateral that drive conversions and prospects into the lead funnel
  • Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospects moving through the demand generation funnel
  • Analyze project performance and company impact to drive insights and make recommendations to improve performance
  • Track and report on campaign costs, performance, and ROI to understand channel and offer performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, content marketing, product marketing, sales operations, etc. to ensure generated leads are high quality and being acted on appropriately
  • Solve complex problems with minimal assistance
  • Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years related experience managing and/or leading marketing campaigns that vary in scope and complexity
  • Previous experience collaborating with highly driven sales teams as demonstrated through a solid understanding of sales cycles and sales tool development
  • Solid background in direct marketing and lead generation across multiple channels, including web-based communications including B2B lead generation and opportunity creation
  • Proven success combining creative thinking skills with the ability to create accurate forecasts and implement programs on time, within budget, and in support of strategic goals and objectives
  • Able to clearly and concisely articulate a compelling business case in support of proposed programs and initiatives, and to direct and influence others to achieve timely results
  • Strong analytic skills including a foundation for executing data-driven closed loop marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and provide management reporting
  • Experience monitoring the correlation between action and results, including champion- challenger testing, while leveraging that information to make improvements mid-project
  • Good judgment with ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects in a fast- paced, deadline-focused, hands-on environment
  • Strong and consistent attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative team player
  • Intermediate level user on Microsoft office applications
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce.com
  • Strong Communication skills: written and verbal, interpersonal skills, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Willing to travel, as needed
