MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
SHIFT C
TUES-FRI (6:00PM-4:30AM)
OVERTIME IS MANDATORY
MAYBE SATURDAYS IF SUPER DAY
Develop setup and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance system and SAP.
Review spare parts inventory and recommend parts necessary to run a 24-hour operation.
Review materials used in terms of maintenance type materials in facility with cross-functional team to ensure compliance and to keep in-house chemicals to a minimum.
Provide technical training to maintenance technicians; especially on Siemens and Bosch Hardware and Software
Responsible for disciplinary action involving maintenance technicians
Provide engineering input to continuously improve the axle production process
Work closely with PLC Programmers to help facilitate control s type work
Document equipment procedure manuals
Support production teams to meet production goals.
Understand and comply with ISO-14001 and TS-16949 requirements.
Organize training for maintenance personnel.
Responsible for hiring of maintenance personnel.
Expectations of Supervisor (see Addendum A)
Performs other tasks as required.
