Our Default Servicing team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.

This role will support specialty teams within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Collections.

The candidate should have a proven track record of working successfully and independently in a dynamic and challenging work environment that requires strong multi-tasking abilities to meet deadlines.

This candidate should also be proficient in prioritizing work tasks, in resolving issues, be able to effectively cope with ever changing priorities and unplanned tasks that often require very quick turnaround with accurate delivery and results.

The candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively interface with other administrative assistants and team members.

Duties Include:

Experience with Staff Management, On-Line Recruiting, Concur travel & expense system, Time Tracker Maintain calendar for senior management Communicates effectively with manager, leadership team and office staff Handles travel arrangements for manager(s) Handles monthly Pcard expenses for senior manager Arranges onsite/offsite leadership meetings, staff meetings and special events Creates and assists in PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, and memorandums Reviews Financial General Ledger reconciliation reports for AU certification Managing the completion of compliance classes in the learning center for the group Responsible for maintenance & technical requests Participates in all Wells Fargo team member recognition events Assist with conference room set-up and reservations Site coordinator for Smartcard Badge Access System General Description: Performs moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit.

Duties include:

Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software; balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping; assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers; answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget Performing special projects as requested

Required Qualifications

2+ years of administrative support experience

Other Desired Qualifications

Previous administrative support experience within a call center environment Strong Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint & Excel Must be a team player with the desire to grow and learn with strong work ethic Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, yet effectively Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a very fast paced environment Proven ability to hold information in strict confidence Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management. Proven ability to support multiple managers Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to handle multiple, high priority initiatives simultaneously

Job Expectations

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
