Move and set up modular or manufactured homes on owners' lots or at mobile home parks. Remove damaged exterior panels, repair and replace structural frame members, and seal leaks, using hand tools.Shingling, carpentry, etc.Ability to lift 50 (+) Lbs. Standing for long periods of time.
